Winter funding for health-related, community-engaged projects – apply by Nov. 30

Are you interested in a paid, health-related, community-engaged project this winter? If so, apply for funding from the Program for Community-Engaged Scholarship (ProCES) and the New Jersey Alliance for Clinical and Translational Science (NJ ACTS)!
ProCES and NJ ACTS will be able to support up to 4 undergraduate student projects. Brief applications submitted in SAFE are due by November 30, 2022 at midnight.
What opportunities are available?
Four projects listed below are available which include both in-person and remote opportunities. Please see the accompanying project description document for details about each opportunity and the partnering organization.
- Diversity in Clinical Trials
- Ecological Health in Trenton
- Healthcare Roadmap for Transgender Youth
- Expanding Parents’ Understanding of Early Childhood Development and Health
What is the amount of the funding and timeline?
· Participants can receive between $1,200-$2,400 for two to four weeks of participation.
· Projects can be conducted between mid-December 2022 and mid-February 2023.
