Predoctoral Fellow Program at Harvard Business School (HBS) annually recruits a cohort of recent graduates who have excelled in both academic and extracurricular activities related to economics, finance, business, psychology, marketing and many other fields. Independent, self-disciplined, and intellectually curious candidates will find this a great opportunity to deepen the research and analytical skills they need to become even more competitive doctoral applicants.

Fellows are hired to work directly with one or two faculty from our Strategy, Finance, Entrepreneurial Management, Technology & Operations Management, Negotiations, Organizations & Markets, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, or Accounting & Management units. In addition to a competitive salary, they receive one-on-one mentorship, guidance on independent research, training and development opportunities, and access to a generous tuition assistance benefit, all of which are intended to prepare them for doctoral studies in two years.

Applications for the Predoctoral Fellowship Program at Harvard Business School are now open for the 2023-2024 academic year. See the attached job description for more information and apply online at https://www.hbs.edu/predoctoral .
