Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)

The conduct of animal research is highly regulated and raises a number of ethical questions. Princeton University is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards while considering the care and welfare of all animals in the planning, review and implementation of research involving animals. The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) committee is responsible for ensuring the ethical conduct of research through its review process.
